Synposis:

 

How do Chinese school-kids enjoy themselves? At China’s Spring Festival children break out from their tough timetable after a long winter and enjoy delicious freedoms.

 

We see the children in and out of school, find out what their schools and families are like and the society around them, what gives them the most pleasure. They create and they learn: brush painting, cooking with mum and dad, doing martial arts, making paper lanterns. China is shown at its most important festive season, a culture unlike any other. And children the world over can find new ways to have fun themselves.
